The Calendar of Events is part of the standard Market Your City package. Our research has shown that small to medium sized chambers rely heavily on events and event planning. Market Your City offers an on-line calendar of events that is fully maintained by the chamber. Upload your event schedule for up to a year at a time. Make corrections, view multiple months of events and related information about those events at a glance. Save postage, and more importantly, save time by allowing your members to see at a glance what important events and related information is coming to the chamber. The Calendar of Events program allows for entry and scheduling of events in an easy to use format. Click on the calendar day, and a wizard steps you through the process. You can include a full description of the event, start and end times, address, phone number, contact information and directions. The calendar is updated on-line, so multiple chamber members or assistants can have access to add and delete events. Easily schedule meetings that occur the same time every month or week by using the recurring event scheduler. You control the calendar and add/modify/delete events as the information changes. Your event calendar never has to be out of date. Make changes according to your time schedule. The HTML is automatically generated by the calendar program - you just point and click and follow the instructions. Once your calendar has been set up, you will be given a link to the calendar for public viewing, and a link for calendar updates and modification.
